  • Coverage for prescription drugs

  • Routine physicals include lab work and X-rays

Managed Choice Open Access

  • Unlimited co-pay visits to your primary care physician and specialists

  • $5 million lifetime maximum benefits

  • No deductible for generic prescription drugs

MC* Value Plan

  • Low monthly premiums

  • Copay for first 2 doctor visits - then deductible and coinsurance for 3 or more visitis

MC* High Deductible Plan (HSA Compatible)

  • 100% coverage in network after your deductible is met

  • Freedom from deductibles when you choose an Aetna medical provider

Preventative and Hospital Care Plan

  • Ideal for individuals looking primarily for affordability 

  • Well-child care and physical exam every 24 months

  • Coverage for: Inpatient hospital care, and limited benefits for outpatient surgery, skilled nursing or home health care in lieu of a hospital stay

PPO Dental Plan

  • No waiting period for services

  • Preventative care covered at 100%

  • Discounted rates for services through Aetna providers

  • Discount apply to covered services and non-covered services such as cosmetic tooth whitening and orthodonic care
