Which is better for you - an Individual Plan or a Group Plan?

While anyone can apply for an Individual / Family Policy,  typically only the very healthy get accepted.   And most individual policies have little or no coverage for important events, like pregnancy.

Business / Group policy premiums are paid for by your business and can have tax advantages. If you have 2-50 employees you can typically get any of the offered Group policies .

If you are a self employed , or a  "Business Group of One",  you may be eligible for a Group policy but will have to meet more rules and may be limited to certain “Standard or Basic Policies”.
